Our private client in Christmas Common appointed us with a full house refurbishment to create a modern, open-plan living space.
The seven-month project included significant structural work to enhance both the functionality and aesthetics of the property including:
- Demolition & structural alteration.
- Creation of a family bathroom and cloakroom on the ground floor.
- New kitchen to improve both style and functionality.
- Creation of a Master Bedroom Suite including dressing room and ensuite.
- Conversion of the Garage to a large bedroom.
- Full electrical re-wire and new plumbing & heating systems.
- Installation of high-quality timber engineered flooring.
- Co-ordination of new external windows and doors including forming new structural openings.
- Supply and installation of a triple sliding door system opening onto newly landscaped gardens.
- Full house redecoration & tiling.
Key Challenges & Outcome:
This job involved our team navigating complex structural alterations & required us to manage a tight programme schedule with multiple trades, including co-ordinating client appointed window, stair and kitchen contractors. Despite this, we finished on programme, delivering a high-quality result that met all client expectations.
This successful project showcased our team's ability to adapt, coordinate effectively with various stakeholders, and maintain a strong commitment to excellence in challenging conditions.
