Titlarks House, Sunningdale

Working in collaboration with Sara Copeland Interiors, who was approached by a private client who purchased a super-prime mansion spanning nearly 17,000 sq ft and sought to update it to their personal taste. The six-month renovation involved:

• Creation of an apartment style loft suite with dedicated kitchen, bathroom & dresser.
• Refitting and updating the ladies' master suite.
• Fitting LVT, timber engineered flooring & tiling.
• Full house redecoration including fitting luxury grasscloth wallpaper.
• Updating the in-home spa, office, & gym with new amenities & doors.
• Coordination and attendance for high end bespoke joinery.
• Upgrading the staff living quarters and reconfiguring the butler’s kitchen.

Key Challenges & Outcome:

This project was one of the largest in terms of footprint that we have undertaken to date. The flagship property required the highest quality finishes to meet the luxury expectations of our client, and demonstrated our specialist craftsmanship, with a focus on high-end interior finishes.
