Key Challenges
The project began after the property suffered water damage between exchange and completion, requiring careful management before works could get underway. Working to a tight programme, we delivered the renovation, 30m² rear extension and landscaping works in time for the clients to move back into their home before their rental lease ended. The result is a contemporary family home tailored to the clients' lifestyle, delivered through close collaboration with 2Lockwood Architects and our specialist suppliers. The organisation, communication and quality of the build were praised by both the clients and project partners throughout the project.
