Key Challenges & Outcomes
This was a design-led scheme requiring careful coordination between the structural works, external elements and high-end interior finishes. From structural steel installation and roof construction through to final decorative details, sequencing and oversight were critical.
Working closely with the interior designer, we managed both their requirements and specialist trades, ensuring alignment between design intent and on-site delivery. Our proactive, solutions-focused approach allowed us to maintain momentum while accommodating bespoke elements and evolving design details.
The project was delivered on a well-managed, efficient programme, resulting in a refined dwelling that combines technical quality with a cohesive, high-spec finish demonstrating our ability to lead and deliver complex residential builds with confidence.
