TB Projects was appointed by main contractor BHB Ltd to deliver specialist carpentry, joinery and decoration services as part of the fit out at 25 Moorgate, a 72,000 sq ft of Grade A office space across 8 floors. This included the installation of timber oak handrails, skirtings, door sets, and decoration - integral to achieving the scheme’s sustainability and performance targets, including BREEAM Excellent and WELL enablement.
